Small cylindrical handlebar bag with a volume of 5-7 liters with a removable waterproof insert.

Years of proven bag processing, now in a minimalist version.

We used the light and durable main material Nylon Robic (PU coating 1500 mm H20). Inside the bag there is a removable waterproof insert (coated Nylon RipStop fabric, PU 5000 mm with taped seams), which is guaranteed to keep the overweight contents of the bag dry.

The exposed areas where the bag touches the brake and shift levers are reinforced with a second layer of nylon fabric and Hypalon. The reinforcement between the distance straps is made of HDPE plate to achieve optimal weight.

The assembly polypropylene straps (100% recyclable) have a rough structure, so they do not slip in the clips. Buckles and straps are chosen to be more subtle compared to the larger version of the Bar Roll bag, taking into account the volume of the bag, without, of course, a negative effect on their strength. The buckles are equipped with Camlok locks to prevent the strap from slipping. The double-sided roll closure of the bag with Nifco clips (-20 °C) for easy operation in gloves can be rolled up like a classic Drybag by closing the clips at the entrance to the bag.

Stressed seams are secured with the so-called Bartack stitch (zigzag), all threads used are polyester with a large fiber diameter for maximum strength.

On the bottom of the bag on the outside, under the compression straps, we placed a strap chain for the possibility of transporting additional equipment (e.g. tent poles). In addition, a Bar Bag can be attached to the bag and thus increase the total usable volume on the handlebars.
